turning point
100 days till our wedding, and we just hired a caterer last night. I have to call the other guy next week and let him off the hook -- "sorry, your quote was too high, and we figured what with you selling the cafe and all you'd probably be just as happy not to have to worry about it."

What else needs doing...

Buy fabric for garb
Make garb
Write invitations
Get music together
Send invitations
Get programs together
Buy swords
Buy wedding bands
Get marriage license
Get officiant's license
Plan picnic
Hair and makeup -- ack!

I have much to do... And I have a wicked sinus headache. Bleah.

i feel: sick sick

Are you having a period wedding, or is that two checklists combined?

I like reading about wedding planning when it seems that the people aren't crazy. I am an education major and everyone (including myself) is freaking engaged. The difference between me and the rest of my class is they feel the need to plan their weddings in class, which drives me crazy.

Only my closest friends have to deal with my wedding planning- they often interupt class with invitations and bridesmaids dilemas.

I wish I only had 100 days left. I have 41 weeks, 01 days, 06 hours, 53 minutes, and 10 seconds as I type this. And no, I'm not crazy, my fiancee has a java script utility on his desktop that he wrote to count this down.

okay, now I'm rambling. Congratulations on getting a cateerer.

Viking wedding! (There's a sword exchange involved, hence the need to buy them.) I have to make apron dresses for me and my sister, and tunics for my fiance, his brother, and my dad.

I agree with you -- it's rude of them to interrupt class with their planning issues. They don't have to pay attention, but they have no right to affect everyone else's concentration.

Viking wedding!

Yay! Get them to yell a lot, it really freaks the mundanes :) Oh, and Dane-axes are fun.

BTW, do you mind if I add you to my friends list?

But I don't wanna freak the mundanes -- hopefully at least some of them will be giving me presents!

And by all means, please do add me! Thanks!
