further wedding stuff accomplished
I bit the bullet and ordered the fabric for the wedding party garb tonight. The attendants will be wearing this, while my dad will be wearing this. (If he decides he doesn't want to wear a tunic, well, more for me.) The nice thing about Phoenix Textiles is that they cut their yards at 39", so I get extra yardage.

Wolfie will be wearing this. I have a swatch of it; it's a lovely color.

Now to look at trims...

mmmm... I love fabric.com

Did you get it while the linen was still on sale?

No, dang it; I didn't have the money at the time. But they still have pretty good prices on linen. Considering that I saw linen at a fabric store on Friday for $18/yd, I thought $8 at fabric.com was pretty good.

Hmmm...

I gotta go to this wedding. Is everybody gonna wear those little squares of cloth?

Just kidding, Happy Planning!

No, but my mom has been threatening to wear a brass bra and horned helmet. The visual alone caused my beloved fiance to curl up in a fetal position for at least twenty minutes. (I was right there with him...)

hello - don't be alarmed. I'm trying to keep your name in mind from the knitting communities. got my felt clogs pattern, and I seem to remember you chiming in on a lot of those posts.
