I want poutine.  With cheese curd.

No, I am not pregnant.

I just want French fries with gravy and melted cheese curd.  Is that so wrong?

i feel: hungry hungry

Mmmmm poutine...

Yeah, good stuff. I love how everything had gravy on it in Canada

I can get it in Vermont, at this little snack bar at the bottom of the mountain we camp on every Memorial Day.

I bet I can make some, and substitute mozzarella for the cheese curd. It's not as good, but it'll do.

So I should skip the rhapsodizing about a nice juicy bacon cheeseburger with barbecue sauce and onion rings?

I think I may have to take my husband out to dinner.

Well. That was easy. A Google search for poutine turned up this lovely tidbit:

Date #35: Be a true Manchester local for a day: Visit the Franco American Centre, and then go for poutine at Moby’s

Where: Franco-American Centre, 52 Concord Street (669-4045); Moby’s Bar and Grill, 542 Elm Street (669-8337)
