job ponderings
I'm pondering applying for this particular job. It's as a skip tracer -- more professionally known as a fugitive recovery agent. The agency has several services at which I think I'd excel, and it sounds a hell of a lot more interesting than just being an admin assistant. Besides, I think they need a female agent. One of the services they provide is child security and escort -- they drop kids off and pick them up at school, making sure that they're safe from predators. I think I'd also be good at case examination and private investigation. I bring my experience as an Army officer to the table, with a flawless marksmanship record and time spent on the RSC shooting team, as well as nearly completing training for my black belt (which if they hire me, I can afford to do).

I think I can do this. I think I can do well at this. Now I just have to convince them that a thirty-something REMF who's slightly overweight can hold her own in a field like this.

I think I'd be okay, as long as they don't run.

i feel: pensive pensive
