It is. Try rolling it in cornflakes or breadcrumbs after marinating and then baking it. That was our favorite meal growing up.

I'll give that a whirl, when I have an oven again. This efficiency only has two burners (electric -- feh!) and my George Foreman Grill.

Eh, I have a lot of reservist and National Guardsmen friends in New England. I was asking to determine what component, and inevitably if you would have run into any of them.
