I've been working on the Bliss baby blanket for my sister's baby. Holy crap, this is a fun pattern to knit! Why did I wait so long to learn entrelac? I can't wait to give it to her; I think she's going to love it, and hopefully Isabella will, too.

Speaking of whom, she's graduated from the NICU to the Continuing Care Nursery (I call it "gen pop"). She weighs 2 lbs 12 oz, and has filled out so much! She's adorable, and I can't wait till she comes home and we can all play with her.

I have to knit a baby blanket and I was thinking of BBBB from Stitch-n-Bitch or this one...

I don't own Stitch n Bitch... I have some issues with some of the instructions in that book. I think you'd have fun with Bliss, though. I'm using Plymouth Encore Colorspun, because I couldn't bring myself to spend the money on the Artyarns superwash merino the pattern called for.

The pattern on that blanket is pretty cool!

I want to make a sign for them to stick on the isolette: "Baby Must Remain Sealed To Maintain Freshness"
