things wot i need to buy and do
1) Cleaning supplies for the bikes
     a) Sponge
     b) Rags
     c) Chain brush
     d) Easy Off (we both burned a little plastic onto our pipes)
     e) Chrome polish

2) Jumpstarter -- need to get this tomorrow so it'll charge in time for Panteria.

Other than that I need to find garb and figure out what we're doing for bedding, get that packed. Push comes to shove, we sleep in sleeping bags. I need to get over getting wrapped around the axle about this packing stuff. I always overthink it, I always get paralyzed by it, and it always bites me on the ass. I'm done with that. Pleh.

In other news...

Had my 1-week followup with the respiratory therapist today. She was extremely pleased with my compliance, and said that if I continue as I have been (100% compliance of sufficient duration to achieve REM sleep), I can switch over to mailing in data sticks every month. When I told her that my husband found it eerie that I wasn't snoring anymore, she told me that she'd had a patent who told her that her family had lost sleep after she got her CPAP, because she slept so quietly that they kept thinking she was dead! Too funny. I figure... of course I'm going to be compliant, I like breathing!

darkwolfie and I had our first Krav Maga class today. It was weird... I'm used to more explanation of why we're doing stuff, a little less fast-paced. We'll catch up. I'm frakkin' sore, though. It's a good sore, but on top of the sore from the weekend, and a 20-mile ride to Beverly and back for my appointment today... I should probably take some ibuprofen. It's not going to get any better camping this weekend. Heh.

Yeah, I'm a little worried about how my pregnant belly and air mattress are going to get along, too. If only the weather stays decent, I think I'll be bringing enough pillows to be comfy even on the dirt of the battlefield itself, if need be.

What is Krav Maga?

I should have linked; it's an Israeli martial art, developed for their armed forces. It can be pretty hardcore.

Why am I not surprised to discover that this is *insanely* hardcore?

It happens. It didn't matter yesterday as it was a telecommute day.
