Dear Microsoft Advertising People:

Stop bogarting the spliffs. Everyone else on campus would probably like a toke.

who is fearful for the nation's Twinkie supply after your most recent ad campaign.

OMG! Just the other night we saw the one with Seinfeld and Gates and the cheap shoe store, and after it ended, we looked at each other, and I said "I have no idea what that was about" and the Ranger replies "What were they selling? Windows? Does that really need selling?!?"

That's the only one I've seen so far, but I was like "WTF?!?!?" I've become convinced that the people who make television ads believe the rest of the world is populated by complete morons. That's the only reasonable explanation for the stupidity of ads.

Immediately afterwards, we saw the unrealistically-bucolic, and yet intelligent and informative WasteManagement ad. THAT is a good ad.
